1.1 The Riobel incentive is run by Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd

1.2 The Promotion will run from 1^st April – 31^st December

2.1 The Promotion is open to Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd customers located in Great Britain who register in accordance with Paragraph 3.1 below. Eligible customers will receive an email from Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd or receive an invite to take part in the Promotion from an authorised representative of Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd.

2.2 Regardless of whether an invitation to join the Promotion has been received, you will not be eligible if:

2.3 You are an employee or contractor of Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) or their immediate family;

2.4 You are an employee or contractor of any supplier to Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) that are connected directly or indirectly to this Promotion (including advertising agencies) or their immediately family;

2.5 You are in breach of any agreement with Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies);

2.6 You are under 18 years of age; 

2.7 Any other person that Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd decides to exclude at its sole discretion for any reason.

3.1 If you are an eligible customer and have received an invite from Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd, you can participate in the Promotion by registering at https://houseofrohlhub.co.uk/ (‘Partner Platform Website’) before 31^st December 2024.

3.2 Participants who have registered will be able to view their spend and available rewards and claim their rewards using the Partner Platform Website.

3.3 All Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission to receive a reward from Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd on behalf of their business and their registration must be approved by Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the business owner and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to who within the business receives the reward and, therefore, it is essential that any person entering ensures the business owner is fully aware of the promotion before registering.

3.4. Participants may earn rewards by selling the Riobel products identified in the promotional material, which can be found on the Partner Platform.

3.5 The value of rewards earned by a Participant will be visible via on the Partner Platform Website (once the Participant as logged onto their account). 

3.6 Sales will be measured on invoiced sales; any returns or non-deliveries will not count.

3.7 Rewards may not be issued where there are outstanding payments from the Participant or relevant business

3.8 The Promotion may be managed by fulfilment companies.  Furthermore, rewards will be issued by third parties (such as Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.

3.9 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s Business address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.

3.10 Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.

3.11 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Appreciate Group within 24 hours of delivery.

3.12 The promotion excludes display products

3.13 The incentive is only applicable to direct account orders

3.14 Display products must be kept on display to be eligible for the partner staff incentive - Direct Orders

4.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to, and all purchases are subject to Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd standard terms and conditions of sale.

4.2 By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

4.3 All decisions made by Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd in respect of this Promotion shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.

4.4 Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the Promotion Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion and without prior notice. 4.5 If any matters arising from this Promotion are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for this Promotion, they shall be determined solely by Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd.

4.6 For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotion period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.

4.7 Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd accepts no liability for system errors, technical failures, data loss or tax liability associated with this Promotion.

4.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd to exclude or limit liability.

4.9 Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion or rewards.

4.10 Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be shared with third-party fulfilment providers and will only be processed as set out in Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd Privacy Policy.

4.11 Participants responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password and the Participant shall immediately inform Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd of any unauthorised access and are otherwise responsible for complying with Victoria & Albert Baths Ltd Partner Platform Website Terms of Use and/or Acceptable User Policy.

4.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from them.
